The Forgotten Areas of Fleet Webinar #2 – Grey Fleet

When: 12pm, 11 June 2024 (AEST)

As a busy fleet manager, we know your focus might be on sourcing vehicles, scheduling services, managing the pool fleet and ensuring your drivers are using them safely.

But, what about all the other areas of fleet that can be just as important to ensure they are used efficiently, effectively and sustainably while aligning with your organisation’s short and long term objectives.

In our second webinar for 2024, we covered Grey Fleet.

Presented by LBM Fleet Advisor, Sarah Johnson, special guest from Herbert Smith Freehills, Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety Solicitor, Lucy Halliday and hosted by Founder of Fleet News Group, Marc Sibbald.

Throughout the presentation, the team explored the concept of grey fleet, discuss an organisation’s legal responsibilities, obligations and potential consequences, how to best manage your grey fleet and much more.

  • How to define, manage and reduce your grey fleet risk with real world examples
  • An organisation’s legal responsibilities, obligations and potential consequences
  • A grey fleet case example
  • Grey fleet policy guidance
