LBM Fleet celebrates turning 10!

By December 19, 2023 December 20th, 2023 No Comments

LBM Fleet (formerly LogbookMe) has celebrated its 10th birthday. When Gerard McLennan and David Lu started the company in 2013, LBM’s mission was to automate the paper logbook.

Now in 2023, LBM is an industry leader in end-to-end fleet management solutions and services that range from not only an ATO compliant logbook, but an integrated pool booking system, an all in one key storage unit – KeyHub, driver safety functionality along with complete fleet optimisation, compliance, sustainability modules and more.

With a strategic focus on supporting not just vehicles, but the people that administer and drive them, LBM are now, hardware light, fleet technology specialists.

“LBM has seen significant growth over the last few years with 2024 expected to be even bigger. For us, it’s about tirelessly engaging with clients to ensure we can deliver innovative, highly relevant, value added solutions – every time. I’m really proud of what our team has achieved and look forward to showcasing our new solutions in 2024!”

On December 7, the team had a great time coming together from near and far to celebrate the occasion and to catch up on one of the busiest years we’ve had.

The team enjoyed our annual year in review presentation, team awards, and a game of trivia where we found out who really knows LBM’s history and the wider team.

The LBM team are all locally based across Australia and New Zealand and are proud to work with some of Australia’s and New Zealand’s largest and most complex fleets across government, enterprise, not-for-profit, utilities, construction and retail industries.

Fleet management has evolved from being about graphs and datasets to being about automating action and capturing value. We expect the next 10 years to look very different to what we’ve previously seen.

The LBM product team is focused heavily on building solutions to drive higher value for our customers and enable humans to be freed from manual administrative tasks so they can focus on strategy and capturing value for their organisation.

As the industry is reinvented as a result of the large-scale technological change following from the adoption of electric vehicles #EV that is already underway, LBM is excited to be at the forefront of defining what that will look like and how it will be optimised.

We want to thank all of our customers who have come on the journey with us and made all of this possible.
