KeyHub QR Code Help Guide

Using the QR Code will simplify your KeyHub access without the need to manually enter your User ID & PIN.
Alternatively, you can continue to access the KeyHub by using the User ID and PIN provided in your booking notification.

To access the KeyHub using the QR Code, please follow the steps below:

You will need to have the LogbookMe App downloaded to access this functionality.

  1. Download the LogbookMe (LBM) app from Google Play or Apple App Store below
  2. Ensure you’re signed into the LogbookMe (LBM) app.
  3. With your mobile phone’s camera, scan the QR code on the KeyHub.
  4. After authentication, you can begin utilising the KeyHub.

 

Next time you want to access KeyHub, simply launch your mobile phone’s camera app and scan the QR code displayed on the KeyHub. This action will automatically open the LBM application, and if you are already logged into the LBM App, it will authenticate and log you into the KeyHub.

Note: Please ensure you have the latest version of the LogbookMe app installed.

  • Some organisations manage app downloads. Contact your organisation to resolve.
